Awards aren't why we opened NextHome Central Real Estate.
But recognition gives you a reason to stop and appreciate what a group of people has built together.
NextHome Central Real Estate received the NextHome Pinnacle Office Award in both 2024 and 2025, placing our brokerage among the top 25% of NextHome offices nationwide.
I'm proud of that.
But I'm even more proud of what it represents.
Jason Phillips and I own NextHome Central Real Estate, but neither one of us could earn an office award by ourselves.
An office award represents the work happening across the entire brokerage:
Real estate is a people business.
Our agents earned that recognition.
NextHome Central Real Estate began in Oklahoma City in 2018 and later expanded with a Shawnee location.
That expansion helped us create a stronger connection between the Oklahoma City metro and the communities east of the metro that many of us already knew well.
Today, our agents work throughout Central Oklahoma.
The markets may be different, but our approach stays the same.
Take care of people. Know your business. Use good technology. Keep learning. And when something goes wrong, figure it out.
Production matters in real estate. It's a business.
But I've never believed production is the only measure of whether a brokerage is successful.
I also look at whether:
Good agents stay with us.
Our agents continue to improve.
Clients refer friends and family to our company.
Our agents know they can call us when they need help.
We're building systems that make the next transaction better than the last one.
And most importantly, whether the company continues to get stronger years after we opened the doors.
Back-to-back Pinnacle recognition is a nice confirmation that we're moving in the right direction.
But the part I care about most is the brokerage behind the award.
That's what I'm proud to have helped build.
